HUSKI

Hungary - Slovakia Initiative for a sustainable Cooperative Network

Workshops, partner search opportunity, free training

West Transdanubian Regional Development Agency, Regional Development Agency Topoµčiansko and Regional Development Agency Nitra launched their HUSKIproject (Hungary - Slovakia Initiative for a Sustainable Cooperative Network) financed by Hungary- Slovakia Cross-border Cooperation Programme in September 2009.
The objective of HUSKI is to foster cooperation among cross-border organisations, institutes with the help of common thinking, planning and acting in the areas of common interest.
In order to encourage project-level cooperation, we organised workshops for the interested parties regarding three different topics:

  • Economy and energy
  • Culture and tourism
  • Environment and natural heritage

Workshops are serving common problem raising, common planning, nevertheless they provide a great platform for partner search
In the last quarter of 2009 we organized two workshops with a lot of participants from Hungary and Slovakia.
During the project we provide continuous partner search opportunities via phone, e-mail, and on the project's website (under construction).
So as to develop and implement high-quality projects, trainings were held about project development, project management and Lead Partner Principle in both countries.
We would like to invite you to our coming events!
